On-site registration will be open the following hours: Monday, June 25 from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Tuesday, June 26 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Wednesday, June 27 from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There is a surcharge for on-site registration. We encourage you to take advantage of on-line registration. Congress and Tradeshows Policy:It is the policy of the Asociación Latinoamericana de Fabricantes de Velas (ALAFAVE) and the National Candle Association (NCA) that NO member, non-member supplier or broker/agent for the candle industry may hold a function, i.e. meeting, seminar, meal function, reception, hospitality suite, etc., during the official WCC meeting designated times or during the tradeshows days and hours, as approved by both the NCA and ALAFAVE Board of Directors and both Associations Program Committees. This policy will be strictly enforced. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. Hotel Location and Reservations: The World Candle Congress room block is currently open for reservations. Rooms are available for US $125++ single or double occupancy. Reservations must be done before May 08, 2007 directly with the Gran Meliá Cancún reservations center by phone (from the U.S.A. dial 011 then the numbers) + (52.998) 881.1101 or + (52.998) 881.1103 mentioning the World Candle Congress. Airport and Ground Transportation: The Cancún International Airport (CUN) is served by more than 90 international carriers worldwide with daily direct service from most regions of the world. Airport shuttle service to the Gran Meliá Cancún is available for $ 9.00 US per passenger.
