NCA has reserved a block of rooms at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino (10438 N. Fort McDowell Road, Scottsdale, AZ 85264) for $189++ per night single or double. The hotel is located on the northeastern edge of Scottsdale, adjacent to Fountain Hills, within the boundaries of the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation in pristine Sonoran Desert surroundings. You may want to rent a car to see the surrounding areas.
The recipient of AAA’s Four Diamond Award, the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort Hotel & Casino offers complimentary high-speed Internet access, free in and out valet parking, 24-hour access to the fitness center with both cardio and weight training equipment, free local phone service, in-room bottled water & coffee, adjustable Sleep Number® beds, and more. With both indoor and outdoor seating, the hotel’s full-service restaurant Ahnala features mesquite grilling and utilizes ingredients grown on the Fort McDowell Farm such as mesquite, pecans and citrus.

Reservations need to be guaranteed by a major credit card with cancellation at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Check-in is 4:00 PM and checkout is 12:00 Noon. You must confirm your departure date at check-in. NOTE: The hotel assesses a $50 fee plus tax if you check out earlier than the confirmed departure date.
The reservation deadline for the NCA room block is MARCH 14, 2008. After this date, all room reservations will be on a space and rate availability basis only.

Transportation
Scottsdale is served by the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), just 24 miles from the hotel. Major airlines serving Sky Harbor include Air Canada, AirTran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, Frontier, Jet Blue, Midwest, Northwest, Southwest, United, and US Airways.
The Radisson Fort McDowell Resort & Casino does not offer shuttle service. Transportation from the airport to the hotel is by car rental (many national companies are located at the airport’s Rental Car Center including Avis, Enterprise, Hertz, and Thrifty), taxi, or town car service. Transtyle provides sedan car service for $50 one-way for up to three (3) passengers with luggage. It also offers SUV car service for $70 one-way for 4-5 passengers with luggage.
