World Candle Congress Golf Tournament

In conjunction with The 3rd World Candle Congress & Trade Show at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort in Orlando, Florida July 6 - 9, NCA and ALAFAVE are pleased to announce that they will host the first-ever World Candle Congress Golf Tournament at Disney's Osprey Ridge Golf Course.

Shot gun tee off time is set for 7:00 AM on Tuesday morning, July 6th before the official opening of the Congress.  The tournament fee is $125 USD per player and all attendees are welcome to participate.  Fee includes greens fees, use of an electric golf cart, practice balls and round-trip transportation from the hotel to the course.

Scramble-style foursomes will be comprised of both candle manufacturers and suppliers to the industry and prizes will be awarded at Tuesday evening’s Meet & Greet Reception.

Disney's Osprey Ridge Golf Course at Walt Disney World Resort features dramatic golf holes that cut through stands of live oak, pine, palmetto, cypress and bay trees.  Recognized as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Wildlife Sanctuary, the surrounding vegetation and wetlands serve as a breathtaking backdrop for a championship course that blends all the majesty of nature with the superb design by Tom Fazio.  Golf Digest recognizes Disney's Osprey Ridge as one of the best in Florida, rating it 4½ stars.

This sweeping 18-hole course is arguably one of the most tranquil locales in all of Walt Disney World Resort.  It boasts 7,101 yards from the longest tees for a par of 72 – making Disney's Osprey Ridge suitable for serious and recreational golfers who seek a challenge.  Get acquainted with the course by taking a visual tour at adisneyworld.disney.go.com.

All golfers are encouraged to bring their clubs and play!  For those needing to rent clubs ($58.58 including tax) or shoes ($10.65 including tax), please complete the Club & Shoe Rental Form for Osprey Ridge.
